We strive to actively promote British values in line with The Department for Education's directives so that students graduate from school ready for life in contemporary Britain.
Students are urged to treat people of various faiths, races, and cultures with respect and tolerance, and to recognise that while individuals may have varying opinions about what is good and wrong, everyone who resides in England is bound by the laws of that country.
These ideals will be ingrained in our curriculum and applied to everything we do.
We also appreciate the connections between the fundamental British Principles and the involvement, respect, independence, and active learning that make up the core school values.
The opinions of our students are valued, and we solicit them in a variety of ways.
A student welfare group that will play a significant part in the development of this subject area of our curriculum will be established in September 2019.
Our curriculum offers chances for activities and guests to help us educate the importance and comprehension of legislation.
Through assemblies, regulations, and the expectations of their behaviour and conduct, students are taught the value of laws.
They are taught the value of law outside of the classroom.
Our goal is to build knowledge that will assist the school in helping students understand their role in a multicultural society.
To broaden children's knowledge and give them opportunity to experience diversity and confront discrimination, we employ assemblies, lesson time, and trips.
