Our high adult-to-child ratio ensures that each kid receives individualised care for their requirements and developmental demands, something we take great delight in.
We have three deputy officers, a designated safeguarding lead, and two team members who look after our SEND children on our dedicated team of qualified early years practitioners, which is listed below. Each member of our staff has a different paediatric first aid certificate. Together, we have more than a century of industry expertise, and we believe we have a nice mix of emerging innovators and seasoned professionals.

Early Years Practitioner with QTS and Head of Room for Over 2s, Claire Hobson
Early Years Practitioner level 2 apprentice Lauren Heppenstall pursuing level 3.
Tara Woolley is a Level 3 Senior Early Years Practitioner and the head of the under-2s room.
The management and administration of the nursery are under the jurisdiction of a committee made up mostly of our parents because Wizz Kids is a nonprofit organisation that is controlled by the Charity Commission. Additionally, we belong to the Early Years Alliance and are governed by its bylaws.
