a personnel that is passionate about childcare and is highly qualified and experienced.
We take pride in the fact that the majority of our staff members have been with us for between five and twelve years. This enables your youngster to experience consistency and ongoing interactions with your family.
Our staff members exhibit our commitment to continual improvement through their desire for personal growth through training programmes, reviews, and ongoing staff monitoring.
Additionally, each employee will receive additional training to broaden their expertise and keep it current and interesting so that your child will receive the best possible care and instruction.
We never need to hire agency staff since we always have more staff than is necessary to ensure that our ratios are maintained when staff members are absent.
Each person is able to supervise and keep an eye on a designated area while not counting toward ratios, ensuring that our high standards are upheld.
The management team takes great delight in participating in the day of the children and assisting all families as they navigate parenting.
