Local parents founded TCCW in 1979, and it is still operated as a non-profit organisation under the direction of a volunteer management committee. The fact that TCCW is run by parents for parents and is a well regarded and adored part of the community allows us to provide a distinctive childcare experience.
We provide kids with a variety of possibilities for planned and unstructured play at TCCW. Kids can access toys, games, crafts, books, dens, and dress-up clothes. During holiday club, we also take the kids on excursions to the nearby park and beyond afield.
The After School Club begins at 3:30 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m., when the school day ends. Staff from TCCW meet all the children registered for the programme on the playground of Hillcrest Primary School, and then they are all led back to TCCW. If the weather permits, we always visit the nearby park before returning to the venue for a nutritious snack. TCCW strives to present well-structured, engaging, and stimulating weekly programmes on themes supporting the curriculum.

We also try to plan at least one day trip per week, which could be anything from a trip to the movies to sailing on the Matthew. We frequently set up for sports coaches to conduct lessons in the neighbourhood parks where we frequently spend time outside.
