In order to accommodate the children on the waiting list for a spot at Leyland Methodist Infant School, Tiddlywinks Pre-School was initially registered in 1994. Located inside the main Infant school building, the pre-school was run by a committee made up of parents, the headteacher, and the school's governors. Children in their pre-school year could receive nursery education in the facility five mornings a week at the time. In 1996, the present owner began working as a certified teacher, and over time, as more financing became available and there was a greater demand for spaces, the setting opened for the entire school day. In 2012, Mrs. Conway took over management of the preschool with the support of the school and committee members. In order to reflect the changes, the company was reregistered with OFSTED as a limited company. As we worked to constantly upgrade our environment and the staff team as the number of kids increased, various adjustments were made over the years. With the help of the school and a grant from the local government, we were able to erect a second building in 2014, allowing us to start serving toddlers. The commitment and dependability of the personnel team are the setting's key assets. There is little staff turnover, and all employees adhere to the same ideal and are skilled and knowledgeable in working with children throughout those crucial early years.
