From the The Pavilion Montessori School
We are proud of our teachers' high standards and dedication. For the best possible education and care, we think it's critical to have a lot of qualified, committed, and caring employees. In order to ensure high standards and consistency throughout the school, we collaborate as a skilled team. Susan Dann, the head teacher and business owner, has more than 30 years of experience working in the fields of education and training.
The Pavilion Montessori School is listed with Ofsted, and in its inspections in 2020, 2016, and 2011, it received Outstanding ratings across the board. In accordance with the Montessori Evaluation and Accreditation Board (MEAB) programme, we are also recognised as a Montessori school. We belong to the Early Years Alliance, the Montessori Schools Association, and the LEA (Richmond) Early Years Childcare Development Partnership.
We think that going to nursery school should be a joyful and rewarding experience. In order to create a safe, secure, and caring atmosphere where each child is regarded as an individual, encouraged to develop at his or her own speed, and truly flourishes, we work with parents to build a trusting, successful partnership.
In addition to teaching skills and fostering healthy study habits, we promote each child's innate love of learning and discovery by creating a fun, carefree, and engaging environment. We provide the kids the chance to accomplish things on their own and feel the pride of accomplishment, which helps them learn new things, gain new abilities, and grow in confidence and independence. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where every kid can flourish and realise their full potential as well as to lay a broad and firm foundation for future academic endeavours.
