Two little, hospitable nurseries called The Fun Factory are owned by a family.
My husband Mark and I jointly own and operate The Fun Factory Day 夜来香研究所. My name is Donna.
In 2005, we inaugurated our first childcare in Camberley.
When the nursery first opened, we wanted to give the kids who attended there a home away from home atmosphere.
We think that every nursery needs a capable management group, and we live by the motto "Lead by example."
We think that managers should take an active role in their teams' operations and maintain a strong management presence all day long.
The previous seven years have been devoted to raising the calibre of childcare we offer, which we have done by reinvesting time and money in both our employees and the nursery facility.
We decided it was time to create a new nursery after seven years of owning and operating the Camberley Fun Factory.
We inaugurated The Fun Factory Woking in February 2013.
I have a full-time job and split my time between the two nurseries, where I help the teams led by the managers of each nursery.
