At The Early Years Academy, we think it's important to follow our kids' lead. We identify each child's preferred learning style using their characteristics of effective learning, combining this knowledge with their unique interests to produce on-the-spot planning.
Our educators offer activities and settings that encourage curious, daring, resilient, and inquisitive students. By enhancing children's exposure to language, communication, and social possibilities, our pedagogy lays the groundwork for their future academic success.

Health and safety are our top priorities, and we are glad to announce that we have many safeguards in place to protect your child while they are in our care. We make sure that every member of our staff is trained in first aid, child safety, food hygiene, and has attained or is working toward a minimum full and relevant level 3 in early years education.
We have a careful and rigorous hiring process that makes sure every employee has references and goes through a full DBS check. To make sure that your kid is getting the best care possible, we are dedicated to the continual professional development of our team and make training investments.
We are currently open to all families and provide personal tours for new families only by appointment; please dress appropriately and, wherever possible, visit us outside of our regular business hours.
