We advocate for the core British values of democracy, the rule of law, personal freedom, and respect for people of all religions and beliefs.
In our opinion, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and our pedagogical approach (i.e., our strategy for fostering teaching and learning) already offer a strong foundation for fostering a child's understanding and acceptance that we live in diverse communities with a wide variety of cultures and lifestyles.
Children cannot be productive learners or members of their community without self-confidence and self-esteem.
We foster a sense of belonging to the school community and collaborate, innovate and share to forge strong partnerships.
We regularly remind kids of our high expectations for them, which are outlined in our behaviour policy.
