We think it's important to promote a balanced relationship between the family and the childcare facility. Strong parent and carer involvement policies are in place at the business, and we are constantly searching for parents and other caregivers to visit and interact with the kids and contribute their knowledge and experiences. We always encourage parents and caregivers to visit our classrooms and see what we've been learning.
