The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which establishes the requirements for all early years providers, must be followed by all early years providers.
All members of the staff at The Avenue Preschool are fully qualified early childhood educators who are passionate about working with young children and always keep the needs and best interests of children in mind. As a result, all children are supported to progress through the EYFS at a pace that suits their unique needs, and any support needs are quickly identified through daily observations and accurate termly assessments.
We just implemented online profiles (Tapestry), which provide parents and caregivers with real-time access to information about your kid.
Our goal is to make sure that every child enjoys their time at the nursery and that all parents and caregivers are confident that their child is receiving the best care and education possible in a fun, laid-back environment that is also educationally challenging and supports your child's unique developmental stage.
The Avenue Preschool values each child as an individual, and as a result, we work together with parents and other caregivers to get to know your kid as well as we can.
We are especially interested in finding out about their unique requirements, preferences, personality traits, and routines because these things help us support the children's transition to the nursery and improve the calibre of the working relationships that form between our kids and our practitioners.

Two employees are designated as the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCO).
The key person will assist your kid in settling in and will document all of their growth and memorable experiences while they are with us.
