After registering with us, your child will be assigned a key worker who will be in charge of monitoring their growth while they are a student at Tenderlinks.
All of our childcare professionals must hold a BA in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent NVQ certificate to guarantee that we can provide the best standards of care (Level 3 or higher).
All of our employees must undergo a DBS check before to starting work, and we have a rigorous induction procedure in place for all new hires, so we are certain that everyone on our team is qualified to provide high-quality early years day care.
We utilise Famly childcare management software to routinely update parents and caregivers on their child's development and daily schedule.
All of the personnel at our nurseries are required to abide by the best practise agreement that we have established.
We think that this agreement gives parents peace of mind that all of the kids in our care are safe.
Set a good example for youngsters.
Our employees will never play harsh, physically taxing, or sexually suggestive games.
Maintain polite conversational and interpersonal norms.
