Sam has worked at Teddy Bears since it first started in 2003 and has more than 30 years of expertise in the childcare industry.
Helen joined Teddy Bears in May 2016 and now oversees the Polar Bears, where she works with the preschool staff to ensure that all kids have a smooth transition to school.
In Sam's absence, Helen, who serves as Deputy Manager, is in charge of overseeing the nursery's daily operations.
