Sumus is a specialised, independent education centre founded by highly qualified educators and supported by Paradigm Land, a boutique real estate developer driven to reposition education on the priority list of the areas it works to revitalise.
Sumus consists of Sumus Care, Sumus Education, and Sumus Tuition. All departments follow the Nurture UK methodology, are registered with Ofsted, and place a strong emphasis on developmental learning to boost confidence.
We plan to open our first location in Woolwich in 2020 before expanding to other London boroughs. Sumus develops an inclusive education that is open to everyone and is influenced by the Nurture UK methodology.
The high-quality, exciting places will produce learning-supportive environments. They are intended to provide our youngsters, who range in age from seven to 18, a sense of worth, safety, and security, which will inspire them to learn more.
Social and emotional needs are evaluated at Sumus during your child's stay there, whether it be for tuition, care, or education, in order to help remove any learning obstacles that can hinder their development and confidence. Understanding where a child is developmentally, teaching them self-respect for both themselves and others, and enhancing their communication abilities all assist children.
At Sumus, we think every child has a right to a top-notch education that will equip them to benefit from everything that life has to offer. Children must be given the knowledge and abilities necessary to get the most out of their education. At Sumus, our goal is to help kids grow academically and socially, with a focus on community learning.
Sumus and Nurture UK are collaborating to create a curriculum based on the Six Principles of Nurture.
