In order for the children in our care to flourish and be stimulated by their surroundings, activities, and resources, we strive to provide a joyful, loving, safe, and secure environment.
Children are encouraged to learn through play in our welcoming and encouraging environment.
We are aware that every child is unique and follows a different path to learning, therefore it is up to us as practitioners to recognise that path, look into all options, and motivate the child to continue learning.
The child's personal, social, and emotional needs should be taken into consideration, and we must never forget that the child's education began at home and will continue after nursery hours.
Our major goal is to make the nursery a fun environment where the kids may enjoy their first experience away from home.
We make an effort to keep all practitioners working within the same age range in order to enable this adjustment be effective.
We use a key worker structure to provide parents and kids with a recognisable face to relate to.
Since young children learn through imitation, it is crucial that adults model this behaviour and have strong values. Developing young children's learning is difficult and challenging.
