Our journey started in 2000 when we opened to the residents of Long Eaton to welcome their families to a Nursery with family at its core. The adage "It takes a village to raise a kid" is true, and over the past 20 years, we have worked hard to forge strong community ties, assemble a brilliant team that is warm, knowledgeable, and experienced, and to provide a wonderful atmosphere for our families to thrive in. Now that the family has come full circle, we are delighted to see some of our very first children returning to us with their own children.
With several team members having worked with us for more than ten years, we take satisfaction in having a lot of familiar faces in our Nursery. The majority of our team members have level 3 certifications, while those who now hold level 2 qualifications are working toward level 3. You can rest easy knowing that the team overseeing each class has the skills and understanding to support each child's development at their own speed and to realise their full potential. If we have trainees or apprentices, we do not count them in the ratio.
