We have been operating in Littleover, Derby, since 1971, and during that time, we have developed a reputation for offering a top-notch, nurturing atmosphere that caters to the requirements of all children.
The entire crew is well-trained, energetic, and compassionate.
Derby City Council's Childcare and Family Learning Service provides support for us. Since we are also Ofsted-inspected, 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to up to five free sessions each week with us. Starting in April 2016, we will also provide paid daycare sessions for 2-year-olds for up to 15 hours.
We serve as one of the feeder pre-schools for kids attending St. George's Primary School or Ridgeway Infant School in Littleover, Derby.
Children are self-assured, capable, and passionate learners, according to the inspector for our most recent Ofsted report (January 2019). They achieve well in all aspects of their learning and development and make good progress in doing so. The staff serves as good examples. When interacting with kids, they are kind, composed, and patient. In order to assist children develop engaging learning activities, teachers leverage their understanding of the children's interests and what they need to learn next.
