Squirrels understands the value of first-hand experiences, particularly for the development of motivated learners. Local discussions, encounters, and visits from parents and other adults aid our kids in understanding how their community functions. We ask kids for their opinions and incorporate their suggestions as we design the curriculum. Staff members foster the interests of the kids and promote teamwork. All of our kids are urged to use resources on their own to foster independence and critical thinking. We believe that outdoor learning is essential for children's development on all levels.
