Adele Jack, a Springfield native, founded the Springfield Montessori Nursery in 1985.
Springfield nursery has always been a family run nursery, for families.
It is now owned by Chris and Tracey Billington who manage it along with Miss Sarah Gray and Miss Mandy Bibby.
I have worked in education since 1997, five of those years as a primary school teacher and as a full time Local Authority Educational Psychologist for 10 years.
Throughout my career I have built up a variety of experiences and knowledge of child development and use this to benefit all the children at Springfield Montessori Nursery by supporting the staff, parents and children.
Mrs Tracey Billington has Qualified Teacher Status: I have been a primary school teacher since 1994 and since then have been able to teach in a range of schools across England and Uganda.
I have taught children across the primary spectrum, specialising in Special Educational Needs and Art and Design.
Miss Sarah Gray has a BA Hons in Early Years Leadership with Professional Status: I have worked in Early Years since 1999 and have managed in nurseries since 2011.
I am a Level 3 Forest School leader and understand the importance of connecting children with their natural environment.
I started at Springfield in May 2014 and have management responsibility for the youngest children in our care.
Miss Mandy Bibby is Level 3 Early Years Qualified: I have been at Springfield Montessori Nursery since 1996.
