Since its opening in January 2007, Sparthfield Happy Day Nursery has earned a reputation for offering high-quality care and education. We have full-time and part-time positions available, and we are always willing to work with you to meet your specific needs. We encourage parents to visit the nursery during active sessions so they may observe how we work and how the staff and kids get along. Children should feel confident and comfortable around staff members while also being stimulated, happy, and safe in the nursery. Additionally, we want parents to feel confident in the safety of their kids as well as in their participation as active partners in the nursery.
Our commitment to promoting equality for all is unwavering. We consider it to be everyone's right to live in a society devoid of prejudice and discrimination. In the nursery, everyone is treated equally and as an individual, regardless of factors like age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, race, religion, culture, level of ability, or health.
We acknowledge that children learn and develop at varying speeds and that a variety of factors, such as aptitude, emotional condition, age, and maturity, affect accomplishment. At Sparthfield Happy Day Nursery, we work to recognise these requirements as they materialise and to offer support so that each child can reach their full potential.
Since it first opened, the Nursery has undergone repeated inspections by Ofsted, receiving good and exceptional ratings each time.
