From the Shofar Daycare Nursery
Shofar is a daycare that provides more than just child care and education.
Events at the synagogues that are appropriate for the child's entire family will be invited.
Jewish rituals and practises will play a significant role in the Shofar programme.
The youngsters will be taught about and given examples of Shabbat, Jewish holidays, Torah, and living a Jewish life.
Shofar will instruct on a variety of Jewish practises in keeping with its Reform character.
Through song, vocabulary, and exposure to written Hebrew, we will help our kids become at ease with the Hebrew language.
Every element of life at Shofar will be centred on Jewish ideals.
We will use Jewish terminology to describe how kids should treat one another with kindness and respect.
The way we urge kids to regard the natural environment will be given a Jewish vocabulary.
If Shofar graduates grow up to be Jewishly informed, involved in Reform communities, and morally upright adults, then we have achieved our objective.
