Scotswood Village Nursery is a nursery located in Newcastle's West End that offers children between the ages of 2-4 high-quality care and early education.
We received an Outstanding rating from Ofsted in all areas in June 2018. We take great satisfaction in the excellent care and education that children receive while in our custody. Children who visit our nursery are given the chance to participate in a variety of engaging and enjoyable activities that will help them grow and succeed. Children get everyday access to both indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to our magnificent outdoor space and free flow system.
The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework is used by Scotswood to develop assignments and activities based on the interests of the students. We encourage kids to grow at their own rate and assume responsibility for their education. To ensure that kids can play and learn so they can reach their full potential and are prepared for their eventual move to school, we hire two qualified nursery instructors who work with nursery employees.
Children exhibit outstanding politeness and impeccable behaviour, and staff serve as positive role models for them. Children are quite good at following directions and are fast to comply with adult requests. They voluntarily seek out staff members for consolation and support since they are confident they will get lots of assurance. 2018 Ofsted
