A long history of family referrals has helped School House Private Day Nursery develop a solid reputation.
Founded in 1991 by Glenis Keenan, the managing director, who had years of experience working in social services and healthcare. Glenis, a mother of two children and a qualified nursery nurse (NNEB) and social worker (CSS), has used her wealth of expertise to grow and manage School House to its current level of Ofsted Outstanding, an honour that every childcare and educational environment in the UK strives for.
We are conveniently located on all major highways to Bromsgrove, Droitwich, and Kidderminster in the charming village of Dodford, close to Bromsgrove, in the midst of lovely countryside. Additionally, parents that commute can easily access Birmingham City Centre, the M5 and M42 from where we are located.
Our goal is to create a laid-back yet energetic environment where your kid can get high-quality daycare and education to maximise their skills and talents as they develop.
catering to 0–5 year olds in pre-school. The Nursery also collaborates closely with the nearby Dodford First School and offers a much-liked breakfast and after-school programme as well as a temporary holiday programme for kids ages 5-8.
All of the staff at School House Private Day Nursery is fully trained and experienced. All relevant standards, including those outlined in Every Child Matters, The Early Years Foundation Stage, and all welfare obligations, have been satisfied in accordance with current law, regulations, and guidelines.
With the help of our sister nurseries in Redditch and Hanbury, Chessgrove Park Day Nursery and Woodland House Private Day Nursery, we hope to set the bar high for the growth, care, and education of the next generation of children.
