To guarantee consistency of care for the kids, we have a keyworker system in each of the rooms. Every child will also have an unique learning path, which the keyworker staff updates based on your child's progress and is accessible in your child's classroom upon request.
Every kid is currently engaged in EYFS and Birth 5 activities. Since we think that kids learn best through play and hands-on experiences, we make sure to provide them a tonne of entertaining, imaginative, and age-appropriate activities. To make sure the kids are reaching their milestones within the EYFS, the entire team keeps an eye on them. The EYFS age bands will be used to create an activity based on what your child's key worker observes. This is done to make sure the kids receive organised activities to help them grow in all areas and meet their specific requirements.
To maintain a level of service in childcare that enables parents to entrust their children in the knowledge that the provider recognises the importance of high-quality childcare and education for a child's development and will work to meet those goals through employee development, ongoing improvement, and attention to detail.
