08/03/2021: The following schools' Breakfast and Afterschool Clubs are once again available. Due to recent government claims that the UK would enter a state of national lockdown, we are only permitted to offer childcare to vulnerable children and children of key professionals.
A Return to Club update of our Club sites is provided below.
Until further notice, Our Lady of Lourdes is closed for breakfast and ASC.
For the after-school club just for the key worker and vulnerable kids, collection will take place as usual.
According to government regulations, we would like to formally announce that both of our nurseries will be accessible to all of our parents beginning on January 5.
For children who are eligible (Critical workers and vulnerable children) to attend school for full-time on-site care, out-of-school programmes and wraparound childcare can continue to operate between January 4 and January 18, 2021, for face-to-face provision.
If you need childcare as a critical worker or vulnerable, kindly find the list of critical workers below and let us know by tomorrow.
We are actively examining the prospect of providing daycare at home for parents who work from their homes.
As long as we reach a minimum of 12 children booked for each day, we will provide inset day coverage.
Please email
[email protected] with any questions.
25/09/2020: Starting on Monday, October 5th, we will be allowing ad hoc bookings.
There is a finite supply.
It is crucial that ALL parents understand what their children will require.
The booking information is on the club cellphone (text message from the office).
You can offer documentation of your reservation (such as an online ticket number or an office invoice number).
08/09/2020: CONCERNS FROM PARENTS: Please be patient for the next two weeks, parents.
Parents are only permitted to pick up at designated pick-up and drop-off locations at regular hours and are not permitted on the premises at any time.
We cannot leave kids unsupervised due to staffing levels and bubble sizes.
The reason we adhere to government regulations is for the children's health, wellbeing, and safety as well as the protection of the staff and parents.
HEATHCOTE SITE DELAYED FURTHER: 08/09/2020 We regret to tell you that further construction has prevented our Heathcote site from reopening on schedule.
All parents who have made reservations for this facility have been contacted.
HEATHCOTE SITE DELAYED OPENING: 4/09/2020 We had a meeting with Heathcote Secondary School this week, and it is with regret we inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to open for BREAKFAST CLUB until Wednesday 9th September.
Work being done on the building is the cause of this delay, and we'll keep you updated if anything else changes.
We are aware of the staggered times for both start and end of school and we are working our rotas out to achieve these.
