Children investigate their surroundings. And they may discover so much of this place. Our large outdoor space is used to teach kids through activities like gardening, woods play, composting, bug hunts, and den building. They ought to be able to run, trip, and enjoy themselves.
Children are given access to open-ended games and activities that allow them to comprehend, learn about, and investigate their surroundings. While each kid is participating in their chosen activities, we encourage and scaffold their learning and development.
In their daily lives, we teach kids to make decisions on their own. We encourage kids to form bonds with one another, resulting in friendly, content kids who will feel comfortable establishing friends at school or at Ridgemount in the future.
We go to the church, the library, have coffee hours at the community centre, visit the nursing home, and much more. By contributing to the organisations we support, like The Wildlife Trust, and interacting with our twinning school in Tanzania through our YouTube channel, we want kids to appreciate both their small and their bigger communities.
