"The Red Bus staff is excellent in every way! I have never been able to see my son in the room because he began during the pandemic. This hasn't really mattered because of the excellent communication; he always seems so delighted to go to nursery and talks about it with such joy and passion. He clearly has a lot of wonderful options and activities to help with his growth, but perhaps more significantly, he is being so well-cared-for.
I have already praised the kitchen crew, but I will do it once again. I'm quite amazed at how his nutritional requirements have been met. I can't begin to express how much this means to me as a parent of an allergic child. It is also quite pleasant to receive regular emails and letters and to view the newsletters. You are very amazing! ".
The primary caregiver for my son is incredibly kind, diligent, and patient. She has my complete trust and I am confident that she has a deep understanding of my son. He's come so far because of her. The administration has been excellent, and we as parents have felt heard and understood.
