Hello, I'm Lynne. The nursery's owner is myself. Since 1988, when I was still a teacher, I have worked in the field of early childhood education. I moved to work with my parents at Playpals Childcare Center in 1996 while I was expecting my first child, and in 2007, after they retired, I took over as owner. I went back to school during this period to earn my Early Years Professional Status, which I believed improved upon my prior math degree and P.G.C.E. certification. My responsibilities at the nursery are varied, and I appreciate Playpals for this. I never know what fun a day may bring. Hello, my name is Jo, and I work for Playpals as the manager and room leader for the Sunflower Room. I joined Playpals in 1997 after earning my childcare certification. Since then, I've worked in many of the Playpals settings and earned my NVQ in Management while getting experience with people of all ages. My own three children number three. Even though they have all attended Playpals, they still enjoy returning for holiday club or just to hang around.
