Shadna Miah, our manager, has more than 30 years of experience working with kids and families in a variety of neighbourhood boroughs, both in childcare facilities and as a family support worker. Shadna has finished her PGCE, teaching in adult education, and managed Homestart, a nonprofit that assisted vulnerable families. She is our initial point of contact for family support.
Mica Miah, our deputy manager, has experience working in numerous neighbourhood childcare facilities across various boroughs. Mica is our SEN Coordinator and a level 5 childcare professional. She is also in charge of keeping an eye on our students while they are there.
Although we encourage parents and caregivers to walk their children to and from preschool, there is off-road parking available for use by parents for drop-off and pickup times upon entering the church grounds.
Our workforce is made up of skilled, seasoned professionals who have a heart of gold and are devoted by nature.
The Disclosure and Barring Service conducts continuing background checks on all employees to verify that they are safe to work with children. Ofsted oversees our regulation.
