Since the previous inspection, administrators have taken risky and challenging actions to maintain the high standard of instruction at the school.
Some roles are unclear as a result of significant changes to the leadership team and staff organisation.
For instance, the collaborative work between the two sixth-form campuses is still in its infancy.
In order to guarantee that planned improvements, including the teaching of reading, are executed successfully, subject leaders still need to thoroughly define their roles.
Staff have maintained a focus on the needs of the students and encouraged high standards for them throughout this recent uncertain period.
Most instruction is successful because it is tailored to the individual needs of the students.
Effective support is provided to sixth-form students and their families as they get ready for their future lives.
Students can feel comfortable and secure in the classroom when there are supportive relationships and well-organized surroundings.
The school was rated as a Good School overall.
Since the previous inspection, the leadership group has kept the school's educational programme at a high standard.
The future is well prepared for students.
The sixth form (post-16) programme is excellent and does a great job of preparing pupils for life after school.
Adults are able to ensure that children adjust smoothly and have a strong start in their education by carefully monitoring their progress and development.
Therefore, agreed upon areas of change, such as how reading is taught and student progress is assessed, are driven ahead, the new leadership positions and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood.
Better learning experiences can be delivered through planned resource development, especially in the outdoor environment for young children.
The best outcomes for students are achieved by staff across all divisions and locations of the school, such as the two sixth-form sites, by sharing best practises and cooperating more closely.
