Transition to Primary School: Club staff communicate with class teachers, sharing relevant information. This allows consistency and continuity in meeting children's individual needs across the day.
Diversity Management: Staff plan activities to promote children's awareness of how some communities and cultures celebrate special occasions. However, they do not currently consider opportunities for children to gain a better understanding of the diversity of their own community.
