We can meet all of your childcare requirements for kids between the ages of 1 and 5.
We provide holiday and nursery care.
For young children to have fun, learn, and grow, Okewood Nursery provides a secure, joyful, and welcoming environment.
The Nursery is in a lovely location in the rural village of Walliswood, which is on the boundary between Surrey and Sussex.
For children ages 2, 3, and 4, we accept government financing and provide 30 hour sponsored spots.
The sudden closure of a nursery school in the neighbouring village, which was attended by the majority of local children, served as the impetus for founding Okewood Nursery School as it was at the time.
The first Okewood Nursery building, which was constructed and furnished by numerous people over the course of many long hours, was inaugurated in April 1992 on the edge of the First School playground.
When the First School closed in 1996, the Nursery moved to its own freshly furnished facility in the Old School Garden, where it is still located today in the centre of the community.
At Okewood Nursery we work with children, parents, external agencies and the community to ensure the welfare and safety of children and to give them the very best start in life.
