Owner Laura Knowles, a certified NNEB nursery nurse, created Nook Barn Private Children Nursery in 1991. The nursery is located in a lovely converted barn with nearby grounds. The nursery still upholds the same family values that have made it successful over the past 30 years, which is a testament to Laura Knowles, the owner and managing director, who manages the nursery on a daily basis and helps to build its stellar reputation. The nursery has undergone continuous improvement over the years, and the majority of nursery patrons came from recommendations or word of mouth, which is the finest way to acknowledge the superior service and child care that Laura and her staff offer. All year long, the nursery is open during the weekdays, with the exception of Christmas and public holidays. Children can attend for a number of programmes throughout the week, either part-time or full-time, and the centre is open from 8 am to 5. 30 pm.
