Three classrooms make up Our Nursery, which is located on the grounds of Newport Infant School. We have the privilege of using the lovely gardens, a playing field, and playgrounds that surround it. Newport Junior School is home to one of our sites.
The nursery provides flexible care for 64 kids by offering FULL- or different part-time positions. Lunches are served from the Newport Infant School kitchens and are presently 2.30 per meal. Alternatively, kids can pack their own lunches.
Our goal is to create a nurturing and safe atmosphere where all kids are encouraged to reach their full physical, emotional, social, and intellectual potential.
We design and create a setting where kids can learn how to learn and can take risks without feeling like failures. Regardless of creed, ethnicity, gender, class, or ability, we want to encourage self-directedness, independent thought, and social responsibility. Each child brings something unique to our nursery, and we value it. We recognise that parents are their children's first and ongoing teachers and that education begins at birth.
We also provide the following for kids in kindergarten through sixth grade.
Where applicable, we provide the subsidised government entitlement of 15 hours and 30 hours for kids between the ages of 2 and 5. Depending on availability, these can be accessed as sessions, full days, or half days. They are available during term time and all year long. For any additional hours over these, fees are due. A lunch option is available for 2.30.
