Following a range of leadership roles and the Associate Headteacher position at a highly successful all-girls school in Medway, Hilary was recruited as Headteacher at Hillview in January 2016.
Rebecca started working at Hillview in 2007 as a physical education instructor.
She is also the designated safeguarding lead for the school (DSL).
In January 2022, Alison began working at Hillview as the business manager. She is in charge of overseeing all monetary and real estate matters as well as the administration of the school's support services.
Ruth has been employed by Hillview for a while, first as the English Department Head and most recently as the Assistant Headteacher.
Hillview welcomed Letty in September 2019.
Letty also serves as the institution's designated mental health lead.
Teresa joined Hillview as the school lead for vocational credentials as well as the curriculum leader for computing and IT.
She had previously had a Leadership position at a different school before being selected as Assistant Headteacher in 2022.
Linda has been employed at Hillview School since 2005. Prior to that, she worked in human resources for thirteen years in a range of industries.
She became a member of the Senior Leadership Team in April 2007 and is in charge of hiring new employees, establishing policies, and fostering professional growth.
Hillview welcomed Teresa in September 2020.
She held high leadership positions in pastoral, academic standards, staff development, and teaching and learning at her former school.
In 2017 Teresa earned her MA in Education, and in 2020 she will have earned her National Professional Headteacher Qualification (NPQH).
She oversees The View@East Street, a distinctive small-scale offering for Post-16 students enrolled in academic and vocational programmes at levels 1 and 2, at Hillview. It is located in the centre of Tonbridge.
Additionally, she created ViewPoint, a programme for Key Stage 4 pupils that helps them avoid going to school because of anxiety.
Additionally situated at this satellite facility, Viewpoint aspires to advance and improve educational engagement and mental health services throughout West Kent Schools.
Michelle is in charge of making sure that the science department's instruction and learning are of the greatest calibre and assisting students in realising their full potential in the subject.
She started working as a teacher at Hillview in 2012.
Previous positions have included head of year, coordinator for eco-schools, and lead physics teacher.
In 2017, Ken began working for Hillview as a geography curriculum leader. In September 2019, he was named director of the sixth form.
Emma joined Hillview in 2016 as a teacher of science and a key stage leader for mathematics. She was then promoted to director of mathematics.
In September 2021, Katie began attending Hillview School for Girls.
Since 2005, Kate has worked at Hillview in a variety of English-related positions before being appointed director of English in 2015.
