I want to talk about my experience and some of the challenges I had to overcome in order to receive treatment. I want to start by discussing the financial aspect of that process since in my case, I had to go through detox before entering rehab.
For me, it took a while to enter rehab; it was a drawn-out procedure. Personally, I believe that care might have been improved prior with more information and sessions.
Rehab has really altered my life for the better. They act professionally, respect you as a person, and treat you equally with everyone else; there is no discrimination or anything like that.
And I just believe that investing more money in recovery centres would be much better.
