2012 saw the founding of Munchkin Sports by Joe Ting and Tony Rolfe.
Joe came up with the concept while spending several Sundays teaching youth rugby at his local rugby club.
As a result, Munchkin Sports was founded, and we currently give over 4000 kids the chance to learn new skills, improve their balance, increase their coordination and agility, and most importantly, have fun!
Joe has worked as a rugby coach with kids for a number of years, coaching players from the under-18 level through to minis.
At Colfes School in South East London, he also formerly served as a team coach.
Due to a shoulder injury, Joe's rugby career was cut short, but due to his passion for the sport, he has always wanted to be involved, and coaching was a logical next step.
Tony's early sports accomplishments were in the sport of athletics, where he has competed at the county and national levels while being an avid rugby player and spectator.
He has played rugby for more than 30 years with his hometown team, Bromley RFC, winning club awards and representing Kent on several occasions.
He serves as both the chairman of the Parkfield Panthers Football Club and the under-10s head coach at Bromley RFC.
Tony tries to stop playing rugby, but the green substance has a stronger draw.
