Our pre-school staff offers a wide range of engaging educational experiences to ensure that every child learns to the fullest extent possible.
We often utilise the playground at Moordown St. John's School so that the kids can have greater room for physical play and growth.
Through our highly trained and experienced personnel and a variety of activities designed to individually support each child's learning and development requirements, we offer high-quality childcare and education.
Every kid has an online learning diary that parents can access at home, at work, or while they're out and about using tablets, laptops, or smartphones.
In these diaries, parents participate by adding to them and reviewing the developmental stages and accomplishments of their children both at home and in preschool.
In order to show parents their child's unique ongoing development and to support, plan, and extend the children's learning to encourage the child's next steps within the EYFS, the child's key person, who works closely with the child and parents, will observe, take photos, video clips, and audio clips.
We consider parent partnerships to be a crucial component of our work and greatly value your opinion and participation in both your child's educational path and our preschool.
We encourage parents to participate in tasks like painting, sewing, cooking, or gardening.
Parents are frequently encouraged to participate in pre-school sessions throughout the year so they may experience how kids learn through play.
Supporting our local community is vital to us at Moordown Pre-school.
All of our preschool t-shirts, jumpers, and caps are designed and printed by Star Soccer.
Our classes meet daily from 8:45 until noon and from 12 until 3:15, with an optional lunch club from 12 to 1pm.
Each week, we are open for 30.25 hours, and we take financing for children ages 2, 3, and 4 for 15 and 30 hours.
