At our four Ofsted-outstanding nurseries in Lincolnshire, we offer exceptional childcare and education to kids between the ages of six weeks and eight. In Boston, Swineshead, Alford, and Wragby, we operate nurseries.
For 51 weeks out of the year, we provide a flexible and all-inclusive service on weekdays from 7 am to 6 pm. Additionally, we provide the Montis Childrens Club in Alford and Swineshead, which offers holiday care as well as before- and after-school (Swineshead setting) care for kids between the ages of four and eleven.
Over the years we have picked up a number of nominations and awards: in November 2017 we won two awards at the NMT National Nursery Awards, for Nursery Practitioner of the Year and Operations Manager of the Year.
We also won the Boston College Apprentice Employer of the Year and the Lincolnshire and Rutland Work-based Learning Award Employer of the Year in 2009; we won the Boston Standard Small Business of the Year in 2008; and we were highly commended in the Nursery Chain of the Year at the Nursery World Awards in 2011. We have also placed in the finals for the Nursery World Awards and the Bateman Awards Linkage Community Trust Employer of the Year.
Kristina Johnson, our Senior Nursery Manager, is in charge of all of our settings. Since we launched our first nursery in Swineshead in 2002, Kristina has been working for us. She has Early Years Professional Status and a degree in paediatric nursing with honours.
Our nurseries are the top choice of parents and caregivers because of the exceptional blend of seasoned, devoted, and trained nursery personnel who work in stunning, cosy nursery settings with magnificent gardens, providing the perfect environment for kids to learn and discover through play. For the kids in our care, our nurseries really do seem like a home away from home.
