We are an Ofsted-registered preschool that serves children aged two to five from Mobberley and the surrounding regions. We are located in the multipurpose room of Mobberley Victory Hall, in the centre of the neighbourhood.
Our pre-school, which has been serving the community for over 30 years as a registered charity, is run by a volunteer management committee in addition to a staff that is properly certified (NVQ level 3).
Since its inception, the preschool has played a significant role in the neighbourhood.
The small children have ample room to play freely and blow off steam.
Two safe outside areas are available for the kids to learn about various play styles.
The other area is set up on warmer days and is larger to allow kids to utilise the donated bikes, scooters, etc.
On property adjacent to the hall, we are also in the design stages of a brand-new NATURE GARDEN that will be completed by September 2020 (hopefully!).
Both the indoor and outdoor surroundings are thoughtfully created to provide kids the freedom to choose, become independent, and revisit past experiences to help them remember what they've learned.
Ofsted conducts regular inspections at Mobberley Pre-School (rated Good 2016).
To ensure that our provision for the care and education of children under the age of five is of a high level and in compliance with governmental safeguarding and welfare obligations, we adhere to the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) (effective from April 2017).
