Child Safety Management: Risk assessment arrangements are effective to ensure the environment is safe and secure. Gentle reminders about not running indoors help children take responsibility for their own safety.
Children's Safety and Security: Children feel safe and secure as they confidently leave their parents at the door and engage in stimulating activities.
Happiness and Settling: Children happily arrive at the pre-school and confidently leave their parents at the door. Staff greet children warmly, and they quickly settle to their chosen activity.

Lotties is a family-run childcare provider thats main purpose is to create a caring, nurturing, and safe environment that has a home from home feel. Our business was founded on an idea, a love of childcare, and a desire to build a top-notch, family-run nursery that genuinely cares for its families and employees. The nursery staff is the most friendly, courteous, and competent group of individuals. When I pick up my kids from the nursery, it is always spotless and organised. The personnel at the nursery has been very helpful to me and my family, therefore I would highly suggest it. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. My 18 month old son has settled very quickly and I can observe how he evolves in social interactions and overall growth. The administration has been incredibly accommodating of our shifting needs and requirements and very helpful.
