From the Longford Pre-School Playgroup
In 1974, the Longford Pre-School Playgroup first opened. It is a small, cosy setting with highly certified personnel who have a variety of experiences, including two staff members who have degrees in early years. It is located in Newport, Shropshire's town centre. We are a nonprofit organisation that operates as a committee in the voluntary sector. We are a part of both the Telford & Wrekin Early Years Team and the Pre-School Learning Alliance. We follow the Early Years Curriculum and were formally rated as "Good" by Ofsted in May 2018. As a result, we are qualified to accept government money for nursery places for children ages two, three, and four. Every child, in our opinion, should get the finest start in life and the assistance they need to reach their full potential. All children can find a safe, secure, and engaging environment at our playgroup. At Longford, appointments are not necessarily necessary. Feel free to stop by and take a look around to learn more; you will be made to feel very welcome.
