At Little Tinkers Preschool, we want to offer a curriculum that focuses on each child's social-emotional development, cognitive development, spoken language and vocabulary, physical development, as well as fostering a lifelong love of learning and high self-esteem.
Little Tinkers Preschool introduces the kids to new subjects and educates them about their surroundings through a weekly major theme.
The children are welcomed and given an overview of the day's events during the morning key group time each day.
The preschool curriculum at Little Tinkers includes the most recent findings in child development, highlighting early learners and laying the foundation for future academic and personal success.
These sessions鈥攚hole group, circle time, and story time鈥攊ntroduce the kids to new terms, ideas, and abilities.
Providing children with a wide selection of books will help them expand their knowledge of the world, their ability to communicate and express themselves verbally, and their understanding of the world.
Every Child is a Talker (ECAT): We place a significant emphasis on being an ECAT centre that uses a variety of materials and equipment to promote communication and language, as well as visual aids to support kids who have extra requirements such speech delays or English as a second language.
Ferre Laevers: Throughout the session, as the kids are experimenting and learning, we're focused on helping them participate and be comfortable.
Role play areas are used to help children learn about and understand real-world situations, such as those involving doctors, dentists, veterinarians, and fire stations. Book areas offer children a variety of methods to enjoy tales, including puppets, audio CDs, role acting, and other activities.
Home Corner: This area gives kids the chance to role-play daily life in the home and furthers their comprehension.
Children who remain for lunch all day are not charged more, but parents are required to provide a wholesome meal for their child.
