Welcome to Little Sparrows, a Montessori-inspired early years nursery with outdoor learning opportunities.
We operate a little differently at Little Sparrows.
We promote outdoor education as much as possible while maintaining a Montessori mindset.
We want to raise a generation of kids who genuinely enjoy learning.
Little Sparrows has been caring for kids from 6 months to 5 years old for more than three decades and is the oldest daycare in the Borough of Broxbourne.
Cheryl, who is certified in both Montessori and NNEB, has been running the Nursery since it first opened in 1989.
When the Nursery first started, her daughter Rachel attended; she now co-manages the company with Cheryl.
With a focus on innovation and training, Rachel's passion for the early years inspired her to get a BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
Together, we can change children's lives via the power of excellent practise, and we can produce a generation of learners who will love to learn, explore, and create without limitations.
Our goal is to offer top-notch childcare and education in a vibrant, authentic atmosphere.
In order for your child to benefit fully from their education both at home and in the nursery, our practitioners collaborate with you and your family.
