Since 1999, when I began my career at Little Scholars as a recently qualified nursery nurse, I have worked in childcare. I have experience working with various age groups in the nursery over the years, and I gradually took on more senior roles and duties before being promoted to manager of a Good-rated nursery. My goal is to further enhance it so that it receives a "Outstanding" rating. I am dedicated to providing high-quality childcare, and I stay current on early childhood education trends by reading books, articles, forums, and attending various courses. I'm helping my team put these ideas into practise. My small daughter and my two adolescent stepchildren keep me quite busy at home. We enjoy cooking and baking on the weekends, going to the movies, hanging out in the park, and travelling together as National Trust members.
