From the Little Saints Nursery
The nursery began as a playgroup in a parent's home in 1960. Up until 1975, when the Parent and Teachers Association supplied a portable building as a temporary remedy, it was housed in a spare classroom at Totley All Saints School. Up until 1999, when the caretakers' house became available, that structure was in use. The residence was later transformed into a warm and cosy nursery thanks to funds raised by the PTA, the school, and the nursery parents. Totley, which is in Sheffield's southwest, is where our nursery is located. We are situated very close to The Cross Scythes Pub, just off Baslow Road. We collaborate closely with Totley All Saints School because we are on their property. Although we are only open during the academic year, we may provide information on nearby summer camps. Being a nonprofit organisation, we engage in extensive fundraising and close collaboration with the neighbourhood.
