Little Leaders Pre-School was founded in 2013 as a community-based organisation to focus on and serve the varied communities we live in. The founders' personal life experiences inspired them to do so. In light of this, we strive to offer as many free funded seats and a comprehensive approach to childcare as we can. We are intensely aware of growing disparities among early children, and in tandem with demographic changes, we strive to close these educational gaps without regard to a child's social status. It is absolutely necessary to create locations that can satisfy these objectives while upholding the highest standards due to the growing demand. We work hard to lay the groundwork for a peaceful, close-knit community within our nurseries so that our kids can carry these lessons into the future. Little Leaders' main goal is to assist families and young children in obtaining high-quality childcare so that they can join formal schooling smoothly and successfully. We presently operate four nurseries in North West London, with two receiving "Good" ratings from Ofsted with commendable components.
