Please join us as we take you on a virtual tour of Green Lanes School. We appreciate Miss Amber Porter's efforts in creating the video. Hatfield Garden Village and the surrounding countryside are both close by Green Lanes Primary School, which is located in a delightful area. Children are accepted at Green Lanes Primary School from ages 4 to 11. On the school's 70th anniversary in 2010, we enlarged and opened our brand-new building in response to the popularity of the institution and the need for student spaces. With a brand-new foundation unit, a dedicated play area, an additional hall, and classroom space, this accommodation increases the available space. The school's 14 classrooms all have the names of well-known artists. Children can gain house points for their house teams of Fir, Elm, Oak, and Ash by working hard, being courteous, or helping others. The winning house team and captains receive the house cup each week. Five classrooms and an additional hall make up the Key Stage 1 accommodations, which are attractive and modern and provide access to a variety of musical instruments. The original structure, which has current technology in a gorgeous 1940s structure, is where Key Stage 2 is located. The school also contains a well-stocked library, a room for food technology, an ICT area, a room for music, and a space for specialised instruction. We have large grounds that contain a wooded study area, a thriving pond for nature studies, growing beds for all grades, and a gardening competition. For children in Key Stages 1 and 2, there are two different playgrounds, each with a climbing frame or imaginative play structure on a secure surface. The Foundation classes and Year 1 classes also include a well-equipped outdoor play space that is covered so that children can use it all year long.
