Since 2001, Natasha Dhall has been employed in the childcare sector. In 2007, she rose through the ranks from an apprentice nursery nurse to her first leadership position. She continued to oversee numerous Early Years settings after that changeover. By encouraging her staff to provide a bright, upbeat, and distinctive atmosphere for all the kids, Natasha has contributed to raising the standard of the environments in which she has worked. Last but not least, Natasha places a strong emphasis on inclusiveness since she thinks every kid has a right to a supportive atmosphere as they start their exciting adventure into education. She is adamant about doing it correctly from the beginning. Little Hearts was founded specifically to prioritise children's emotional and educational needs. Every child needs a secure environment where they may play, learn, and connect with others. The parents can feel secure knowing that their children are safe and secure whether playing inside or outside on the lush Snoxhall grounds. Our pre-school serves families in the Surrey area and is wholly independent. Natasha and her family relocated to Cranleigh from London and fell in love with the wonderful village's kind residents and supportive neighbourhood. As the village welcomed her and her family when they moved to Surrey, Little Hearts believes it is only right to give back to the community by opening a nursery in Cranleigh that is inclusive.
