From the Little Diggers Montessori
Here at Little Diggers Montessori, welcome. We are a thriving community of kids and adults who share a love of nature and the Montessori educational philosophy. Since we are fortunate to have full access to our own on-site forest schools at both of our locations, outside learning is a significant aspect of our culture.
Children are innate explorers; they have a remarkable imagination, sense of wonder, and drive to learn and accomplish things. In a technological culture, people spend progressively less time outside. A youngster needs room, freedom, and the chance to explore in order to raise a generation that is linked to nature and to develop to their greatest potential.
